He was predeceased by: his father David Smith; and his son Matthew David Smith. He is survived by: his mother Gaby Caspar Smith; his wife Mishellie Williamson Smith of Conway; his stepson Blaz Ryder Williamson (Haley) of Conway; his brothers, Michael Smith of London and England (Richard Smith); his mother-in-law Joyce Williamson; his siblings-in-law, Tracey Campbell (Brian) and Martin Williamson III (Heather); and his siblings, Lynn Gore and Chris Trinemeyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
