He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Quinlan and Madeline Deninger Quinlan; and his daughter Laura Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Taggart Quinlan; his children, Scott Quinlan (Angela), James Quinlan (Kerri) and Kathleen Pagan (David); his grandchildren, Matthew Quinlan, Joshua Quinlan, Nicholas Quinlan, Thomas Quinlan of Anna Hayes, A. J, Justin Pagan and Ava Pagan; and his sister Mitzi Cecere (Mike).
