He is survived by: his wife Linda Lowe Todd; his children, Allie C. Todd, Jr. (Tina) of Conway, Anita Sato (Minoru) of Myrtle Beach, Kelly Hall (Rick) of Pinewood, SC and Rebecca Callahan (Jim) of Newport, NC; his grandchildren, Allie Todd, Keven Todd, Akane Sato, Taiyo Sato, Tabatha Hall, Waymon Hall, Jr., Carlene Parker (Brian) and Rachael Diane Callahan; and his great grandchild Levi Hall.
