He is survived by: his mother Pamela Michelle Whaley Hall; his stepparents, Rev. Chris Hall and Teresa M. Foley; his spouse Jessi M. Hathaway; his children, Lily Makayla Foley, Brooklyn Leigh Foley and Madison McKlayne Foley; his siblings, Samuel C. Hall, Alexander D. Foley, Jessica M. Foley-Solley (Justin), Alexis D. Foley, Charidy Cribb, Lindsey Godwin (Brent), Sarah C. Wethington (Charley) and Rachel C. Saunders (Ryan); and his pet Chippy Foley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, along with many other family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the New Sandy Hill Ofwb Church Cemetery (8021 New Sandy Hill Road, Bailey, NC 27807).
