She was predeceased by: her parents, June Adkins and Joann Grindstaff Hatley; and her son Mark Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Frederick "Fred" Humphrey; her children, Nicholas Bentley (Donna) and Bonnie Adkins; her brothers, Tommy Hatley (Jenna), Dexter Adkins, Eddie Adkins and Brian Adkins; her grandchildren, Kenny Shoemaker Jr., Annalyssa Barnett, Olivia Bieble, Ariel Robinson, Marshall Barnett, Enid Barnett, Ximere Robinson and Jamie Adkins; and her close friend Melissa Doyle. She is also survived by her family and friends.
