She was predeceased by: her parents, Hyman Wilson Chestnut and Lizzie Agnes Price Chestnut; her husband Junior H. Collins; and her brothers, Lloyd Chestnut, Oscar Chestnut and Carl Chestnut.
She is survived by: her sons, Gene Collins (Jerley), Michael Collins (Sherri), Bill Collins (Kim) and Kent Collins; her grandchildren, Hope Baker (Jon), Courtney Collins and Jill Primm (Caleb); and her great grandchildren, Bryson Primm, Adalyn Primm and Dylan Collins. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
