Billie was loved and cherished by many people including: daughters, Karen Hickman Lewis and Sandra Hickman Thomas; and grandchildren, Aaliyah Rodgers and David Hemingway.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Latimer Funeral Home (816 Wright Blvd, Conway, SC 29527). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Prince Chapel (3724 State Rd S-26-151, Loris, SC 29569). A burial was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at the Flag Patch Cemetery.
