He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlisle C. Fulmer and Alma Hardee Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fulmer; his children, Jeffrey C. Fulmer (Karen) of Conway and Jennifer E. Hall (Bobby) of Myrtle Beach; his grandchildren, Bobby Ray Hall (Hannah), Tiffany Oakley (Chad), Felicia Martin (Hunter), Kayla Fulmer and Brady Fulmer (Makayla); his great grandchildren, Maddox Oakley and Colby Martin; and his siblings, Jerry Fulmer (Kimberly) of West Virginia, Linda Yarborough (H. S.) of Simpsonville, SC and Jean Barnhill of Marion.
