He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Earl Colvard and Onie Hayes Colvard; his siblings, Edward Colvard, Rev. Henry Colvard, Junior Colvard, Bobby Colvard, Howard Colvard, Northa West and Mary Triplett; and his granddaughter Erin Love.
He is survived by: his children, Louie Alan Colvard (Melissa), Glenda Jean Flores and Cynthia Diane Mincey; and his sister Hazel Aldridge. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
