We announce the death of Carlon Leroy Gasque (Conway, South Carolina), who passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 89. Carlon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Enoch Gasque and Mary Eliza Lee Gasque; his wife Carrie V. Gasque; and his siblings, Elwood Ivey Gasque, Elsa Mae Gasque Lewis, Donald Levern Gasque and IlA Mae Cannon.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Gasque (Jeaneen), Carlis Gasque (Michelle), Jeffery Gasque, Marianne Gasque and Angie Brown (Jimmy); and his siblings, J. C. Gasque and Allene Hardee. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren, along with many other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Watson Funeral Services and Crematory (2300 US-378, Conway, SC 29527). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Watson Funeral Services Chapel (2300 US-378, Conway, SC 29527).
