He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyle T. Rogers and Viola Butler Rouse Rogers; his stepfather Harold V. Rogers; his daughter Lesa Renee White; and his brothers, Jimmie, Jerry and Harold Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Joan V. Rogers; his children, Dennis Lamar Rogers (Monica) of LaCross, VA, Linda Kay Bullard (Barry) of Marion, SC and Loretta Lynn Griner (Thomas) of Marion, SC.; and his siblings, Gene Rogers of Charleston, SC, Johnny Rogers of Spartanburg, SC, Jack Rogers of Marion, SC, Ginger Munnerlyn of Camden, SC and Margaret Shelley of Pleasant View, SC.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
