He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Graham; his children, John Charles Graham of Conway, SC and Rachel Ann Graham of Denver, NC; his sister Kathy Ann Graham Hooks (JD); and his grandsons, Gabriel Charles Graham and Noah Reid Graham.
