As we bid Cindy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Cindy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Donald "Buster" Brown and Lonna Ree Small Brown. She is survived by: her husband Jim Treadway; her son Matthew Thomas Rose (Anna); and her sisters, Judy Rosario, Jeanwood Smith (Ricky), Donna Brown and Tammy Todd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, along with many other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the White Savannah FWB Church (4010 State Hwy 65, Conway, SC 29526).
