He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Newcomer and Sarah Newcomer (Miller); his wife Mildred S. Pierce Heagy Newcomer; his stepchildren, Frederick A. Heagy and Joan L. Stasko; and his brothers, Warren and Jesse Newcomer.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Alexakos of Conway, SC; his son Douglas W. Newcomer (Linda) of Lititz; and his stepdaughter Janet H. Wimer of Wernersville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Buch Funeral Home - Manheim (21 Market Square, Manheim, PA 17545). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Buch Funeral Home (21 Market Square, Manheim, PA 17545).
