He is survived by: his wife Linda Ludlam Smart; his children, Tommy Smart and Melody Smart; his siblings, Emmie Cooper and Jane L. Rood; his daughter-in-law Jera Smart Norwood (Chris); his grandchildren, Hannah Reavis (Blake) and Judson Stanley; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Blakely, Briggs, Jay, Ben and Laven.
