It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clayton Reaves Alford of Conway, South Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Reaves Alford and Amanda Kay Collom Alford. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Royals Holden-Alford; his daughter Amanda Gray Alford; his stepchildren, Ashley Holden, Amber Baker (Bradley) and Garrett Holden (Kelby); his sister Amanda Roof (Justin); his parents-in-law, Kendall and Frankie Royals; and his pet Gracie Mae. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; special aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Langston Baptist Church (763 SC-905, Conway, SC 29526). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:40 PM at the same location.
Clayton expressed his boundless love and compassion through his selfless choice to save and enhance the lives of others through his organ and tissue donation.
