He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde A. Hover, Sr. and Katherine Coons Hover. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Bartholomew Hover; his children, Kimberly Willard (Darryl) and Tracy DeHaven (Mike); and his grandchildren, Ryann Willard, Madison Willard, Lacey Jolley and Alex DeHaven.
