He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hearl Howell; his son Andrew Wesley Howell (Mary Hardee Howell); his grandchildren, Branson Wesley Howell and Tucker Andrew Howell; and his siblings, Jeanette Howell (L. D.), Esther Lewis (Jerry) and Roger Howell (Wanda).
