He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn; his children, Michael West, Marie Welsh (Dellaquila) and Anthony Dellaquila; his siblings, Bob West (Sharon), Nancy Belton and Kathy Heggie; his sister-in-law Donna West; and his grandchildren, Kristen Welsh (Nick Piazza), Dylan Dellaquila and Isabella Dellaquila. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and great nephews.
