She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Welch and Dorothy Empson Welch (Jean). She is survived by: her husband Robert Evans; her children, Dana Hanby, Nancy Dickinson and Stacey Miller; and her siblings, Donald Welch Jr. and Dawn Jenkins. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
