Dorethea Anne Long Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorethea Anne Long of Conway, South Carolina, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Porter and Emma Lewis Martin; her husband Woodrow W. Long, Sr.; her sons, Dr. Woodrow W. Long, Jr. and Russell William Long; and her siblings, Paul Martin, Bruce Martin and Genevieve Anderson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemary Jenrette and Evangeline Long; and her grandchildren, Susan Long Taylor (John), Woodrow W. Long, III (Jennifer) and Brooks Quickel. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
