He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand M. Ackley and Frances Malone Ackley. He is survived by: his wife Betty H. Ackley of Conway; and his children, Douglas Ackley (Nancy) of Massena, NY, David Harriman (Michelle) of Linden, Nansi DeRosie (Pat) of Ontario, NY, Valerie Boccabella (Dennis) of Mt. Airy, Suzanne Locascio of Massena, NY, Diane Henderson (Willie) of Lisbon, MD and Melody Payne (Bill) of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
