He was predeceased by: his grandfather Glenn Kropilak. He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Ortiz and Kimberly Miller; his siblings, Dylan, Bryan, Angel and Tanner; and his grandmothers, Sylvia Kropilak (Jonathan Butler) and Sondra Ray.
