He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dougherty and Virginia Dougherty; and his sister Deborah Chapman (James). He is survived by: his wife Carmela; his brother James; and his children, Kelli Tittle (Kevin), Kevin (Donna) and Carrie Harris (Kirk). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 5608 Artemus Rd, Gainesville, VA 20155.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Fauquier SPCA or the Tunnels to Towers Foundation in Fran's memory.
