It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Vereen (Conway, South Carolina), who passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Viewing will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Latimer Funeral Home (816 Wright Blvd, Conway, SC 29527). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Chesterfield Missionary Baptist Church (8591 SC-90, Longs, SC 29568). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Florence National Cemetery.
