Hendrick of Conway; his daughters, Megan Hendrick (Jeremy Carter) of Conway and Stacy Hendrick Hucks (Brandon) of Conway; his brothers, John Mark Hendrick, Jr. (Teni) of Conway and Phillip L. Hendrick (Karen) of Conway; his stepmother Lenora Hendrick of Conway; and his brother-in-law Frank Berstler of Long Island, NY. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
