He is survived by: his mother Edna Collier Livingston; his stepfather Bennie Livingston; his children, Kayden and E'myoni Parker; and his siblings, LaPeatra Anderson, Fredia McCray, Merinda Bellamy, Jennifer Marshall, Freddie Parker III and Blake Evans.
