He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hettinger of Conway, SC; his children, Donna Bonin (Michael) of Columbus, NJ, Michelle Molfetto (William) of Newton, NJ and Chuck Hettinger of Conway, SC; his grandchildren, Ashlee Silverstein (Corey), Taylor Molfetto, Derek Molfetto and Craig Molfetto; and his great grandchildren, Saige and Jayde Silverstein.
