She was predeceased by: her parents, Whitfield Locklear and Drucilla Emanuel Locklear; and her husband Raymond Rice. She is survived by: her children, Paul R. Rice (Debbie), David Wayne Rice (Wren) and Julie Rice-Ballen (Rodney). She is also survived by six grandchildren and many other family and friends.
