He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Fox and Mae C. Fandre Fox; and his daughter Kathryn Rose Fox Whetstone (Chris) of Huntington, MD.. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Rae Hughes Fox; his children, Aaron Fox (Kelly) of Florence, SC, Jeremy Fox (Kristie) of Prince Frederick, MD and Katie Vannice (Bruce) of Indianapolis, IN; and his brother Garry Fox of Chesapeake Beach, MD. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
