He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Coy Partin and Ila B. Myers Partin; and his sister Delores McEleveen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wise Partin; his children, Paul Partin (Sherrie), Mark Partin (Gayla), George Mark Carroll (Amber), Michael Carroll, Melanie Crawley (Richard) and Kathy Cook (Tom); and his sister Ernestine Killinger. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
