She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend William Edgar Bost and Maggie Mae Dellinger Bost; her husband C. Edwin Barker; and her siblings, Avis Holt, Wanda Lee, Mary Walters, Corinne Smith, James Bost, Booth Bost and George Bost.

She is survived by: her sons, C. Edwin Barker Jr. (Cindy) of Kennesaw, GA and W. Craig Barker (Bonnie) of Gaithersburg, MD; and her grandchildren, Laura Schoof (Terry), Rebecca Bulebush (Bryan), Caleb Barker (Christy), Hannah Barker, Hudson Barker (Molly) and Joseph Barker (Sarah). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
