He is survived by: his wife Teash Carlson (Meyer); his daughters, Crystal Carlson, Kathleen Carlson (Matt Nielsen) and Amy Gallo (Nick); and his grandchildren, James R. Carlson (Lauren), Joshua, Olivia and Mia.
