She was predeceased by: her father Donald Elliott; her son Jason Myers of Columbia, SC; and her stepfather Alfred Deneuve. She is survived by: her mother Leila Deneuve of Conway, SC; her husband Timothy Waters of Conway, SC; her daughter Chelsea Overcash (Henry) of Conway, SC.; her grandchildren, Gracie Overcash of Conway, SC. and Case Overcash of Conway, SC.; her brother Scotty Elliott of Woodbridge; her nephews, Jesse Elliott and Colton Elliott of Woodbridge, VA.; and her close friends, Shelley Porter, Sharon Wildt, Veronica Smyth, Sharon Roberts, Jodi Moore and Cathy Hucks.
In lieu of Flowers the family asks that you donate to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation as Janet was a voice on getting regular Mammograms and preventative care.
