Smith, Sr.; his children, Jerry Smith III, Cornelius Smith, Whitney Smith, Amber Smith, Jermila Smith, Christopher and Zachary; his grandchildren, Jaina of Rylan, TJ, Tyonna, Alaina, Layla, Charles, A'miya, Lilly and Trenton; his siblings, Tyrone Smith (Debbie) of Conway, SC, Carolyn Smith of Conway, SC, Wanda Carter (Warren) of Conway, SC, Arietta Smith of Conway, SC, Larissa Phillips (Sofonias) of Columbia, SC and Aves Smith (Lisa) of Columbia, SC; and his niece Tara Jean Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
