We are sad to announce that, on October 17, 2020, at the age of 91, Joan Riggs of Conway, South Carolina, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Riggs to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Riggs; and her siblings, Frank Cimino and Mary Frances Varner. She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Sargent; her stepdaughter Nancy Harvey (Ron); and her stepgrandchildren, Scott and Kim.
