He is survived by: his wife Sunday Kay Murphy; his children, Johnny Dale Murphy (Magnolia), Dustin O'Brian Murphy (Crystal), Tammy Horn (Chris), Michael Ingram and Jennifer McDonald (Frank); his grandchildren, Tim Horn (Rhetta), Dustin Murphy, Jr., Zac McDonald (Brittany), Jordan McDonald, Allyson Burgett, Tara Lark (Jazmine) and Jaime Vasquez; and his great grandchildren, Jeremy Burgett, Kaylee Horn, Noah Horn, Ryker McDonald, Weston McDonald and Oaklynn McDonald.
