He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blease Bourne and Ruby Towles Bourne of Conway; and his siblings, Ann Melton, Carol "Dee" Derbin and James "Tom" Bourne.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Parisi Bourne of Conway; his nieces, Julie Melton of Murrells Inlet and Tracy Derbin; his great-nieces, Kate Evans of Myrtle Beach, Madi Evans of Murrells Inlet, Kylee Newton and Sally Newton; Eli Toomer of Myrtle Beach.
