She is survived by: her children, Carolyn DePhillip, Richard Pelzer (Novella) and Page Pelzer; her grandchildren, Mike Breen, BJ McClay, Candice Lane, Amanda Lane, Jessica Petras, Brad Lane, Amber Nixon, Ashley Dingus, Travis Pugliese, Vani Peterson and Brooke Pelzer; and her brothers, Ken Kusaj (Louise), Bill Kusaj (Jan) and Larry Kusaj. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; three (3) great great grandchildren.
