He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moore and Myrtle Moore; his wife Marie Taylor; and his siblings, Cecil and Sylvia Jo D Shelley.
He is survived by: his children, Brian, Eric and Heather Isel (Mike); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Isel and Michael Isel; and his siblings, LaFrance Brown, Oneita Fowler, Laurice Owens, Miriam Cook, Enoch, William Jr. and Weston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
