He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Bowers Waters; his children, Larry Waters (Robin), Wayne Waters (Kathy), Kevin Waters and Denise Brooks (Walt); his grandchildren, Carrie Dennison (Larkin), LJ Waters (Laura), Brandon Waters (Tina), Melissa Waters, Melanie Llerena (Freddy), Wayne Waters, Jr. (Emily), Kimberly Brooks (Chase), Meghan Brooks (Jared), Krystal Waters (Kevin), Kevin Waters, Jr. (Abby), Nicole Black, Greg and Mattew Black; his great grandchildren, Cody (Akevia), Brianna, Abby, Nick, Arianna, Brooke, Kacey, Allysa, Kenny, Layla, Collin, Jayden, Miranda, McKenna, Alexus, Amelya, Rylee, Liam, Makenzie, Madelina, Cali, Chase, Paisley, Owen and Adley; his great great grandchild Terry; his siblings, Roy Waters, Francis Waters (Sharon), Doris Sheets (Robert), Rose Jarboe (Al) and Thomas Waters (Betty); and his grandson Walter Brooks, Jr..
