She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Church and Flora Wiles Church; her brother Roger Church; her grandson Michael "Mikey" Walker; and her son Daniel Wayne Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Guillen, Steven Walker (Mary), Cathy Walker, Sheila Harrah (Jesse), James Walker, Thomas Walker (Tammy) and Jeffrey Walker; and her brothers, Roscoe Church and Donald Church. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
