He is survived by: his son Marshall Craig Sasser Jr. (Jessica) of Georgetown; his grandsons, Marshall Craig Sasser III and John Henry Sasser; his daughter Suzanne Ramsey (Gary); his granddaughters, Virginia Alexandra Bennett (Zach) and Katherine Erica Clark; his stepson John Moffett Proctor (Ashley); his stepgrandchildren, Kinley Knox Proctor and Jones Clemson Proctor; his stepson Dr. Charles Medlock Proctor (Stacey); his stepgrandchildren, Charles Kahler Proctor and Josephine Margaret Proctor; and his brother Dr. Charles G. Sasser (Jeanne) of Travelers Rest, SC..
