It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Ann Staley (Conway, South Carolina), who passed away on February 22, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Laird Staley, Jr. of Bucksport; her son Walter Laird Staley, III; her parents, Ernestine Floyd Roberts and James Charlie Roberts; and her brother Winston Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Young; her daughter-in-law Susan "Susie" Staley; her grandchildren, Ian Young (Rebecca), Adrian Young (Adrienne), Alison Young, Rachel Edison (Tylor) and Walter Laird Staley IV; and her great grandchildren, Wesley Edison and Penelope Young. She is also survived by great grandchild on the way, plus multiple cousins, nieces and nephews.
