She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Arthur Mills and Grace Olivia Cannon Mills; her former husband James Arnold Hendrick; her husband John Causey; her siblings, Jennings Mills of Pat Oliver, J. W, Bill Mills and Pearl Bullock; and her grandchildren, Joshua Hendrick and Natalee Kelley Mercer.
She is survived by: her children, James Arnold "Buddy" Hendrick, Jr. (Debbie), Charles "Koon" Hendrick, Mary Grace Kelley (Lynn), Judy Ellen Blanton (Randy) and Theodocia Olivia Hughes (Charles). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
