It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Jane Magrath of Conway, South Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Sen. She is survived by: her children, George N. Magrath, Jr. (Cindy) of Conway, SC, Dorothy Jane Magrath (Susan) of Norman, Oklahoma, Harriet M. Allen (Tommy) of Charleston and Mary Anna M. Fulmer of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, George N. Magrath III, Ashley M. Condon, Richard A. Magrath, Anna F. Duke, Rebecca F. Gutzmer, Sean Allen and Elizabeth Allen; and her sisters, Dot Lyles of Spartanburg, SC and Lou Ardrey of Rock Hill, SC.. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kingston Presbyterian Church (800 3rd Ave, Conway, SC 29526).
