He was predeceased by: his father McRoy Edward Collins, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Nell Dew Collins of Conway; his daughters, Hayley Collins (Rob) of Conway, Angel Collins (Tyler) of Conway and Mackenzie Collins of Conway; his grandchildren, Marley, Hayeston, Candice Roe and Easton; his sisters, Wanda Alford (Tommy) of Conway, Debbie Bedell (Jeffery) of Conway and Tammy Calder (Alex) of Conway; Tammy Calder. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his mother, Nell Dew Collins.
