He is survived by: his wife Diane Modlin; his daughter Tammy Modlin Byrnes (Dan); his grandchildren, Tyler Byrnes (Laura), Cody Modlin, Dylan Byrnes, Shelby Modlin and Samantha Byrnes; his great grandchild Aubrie Lyburn; and his siblings, Terrance Modlin (Cyndi), Timothy Modlin (Carol) and Linda Modlin Dixon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
