He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Jack and Linda Ann Suggs Lewis; his son PJ Justin Lewis (Kari Anne Luckett Lewis); his grandson Jack Garland Lewis; his daughter Jessica Maria Lewis; his sisters, Cammie Lewis Keller and Terry Lewis Green (Chad); and his close friend Michelle McDowell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
