He is survived by: his mother Patti Risher; his wife Donna Givens; his children, Michael Wayne Givens and Jessica Cornwell; his grandchildren, Daelyn Givens, Alissa Cornwell (James Scott) and Kenzie Cornwell; his great grandchild Briggs Michael Vernon Scott; and his siblings, Jason Prince (Jill) and Susan Lassiter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
